A lifeform that arrived in the core of a meteorite. This giant predator is exclusively female, and requires the male of another sentient species to incubate its ravenous larvae, injecting them down the victim's throat with its long, hollow tongue. These offspring eventually mature into perfect imitations of the host species' females, luring even more men into their queen's clutches.

When threatened, the Genetisaur regurgitates abnormally large, aggressive larvae as a form of projectile weapon. These special offspring exist only as a defense mechanism, and die within hours of exposure to air.
