CLASS: Bioconstruct.
This peculiar being feeds only on raw DNA, which it absorbs through the tips of its fingers and replaces with its own abberant cellular matter, resulting in a sudden explosion of warts, tumors and random mutations of the victim's flesh. It twitters and chirps happily as it feeds.
When upset, a tumorman may squeeze one of its swollen cysts until it bursts, splattering an enemy with acidic pus.

Art Stuff:
Another one based on the art of Hideshi Hino, inspired by his character Zowroku. I may later change the body shape to distance it further.
EDIT: Now I have done just that and made him even tumorier, which I should have done to begin with.

These things 'ought to have their own family-friendly sitcom, I would watch the hell out of "Keeping Up with the Tumormans" or "How I Met your Tumorman". I can imagine a relatively harmless plot and lots of non-jokes to a laugh-track but with side-characters mysteriously getting more and more sickly before they're abruptly replaced by newer, extremely nervous actors.
