Description
"Marching Stench"
CLASS: BIOCONSTRUCT
This ancient, almost comical bioweapon plays host to a variety of infectious bacteria and virii, which feed upon its ever-regenerating piscoid head. Though non-lethal, these microbes cause an immediately hard-hitting flu in living creatures and eat away the flesh of the non-living, incapacitating man, monster and zombie alike.
A Junjo's brain and other vitals are concentrated in its humanoid legs and rump, an area inhospitable to its many pathogens. They were first created as low-level scouts and soldiers by the legendary "Carcass King," a zombie geneticist who slowly rose to warlord status.
--------------
ART STUFF:
Yes, I borrowed the basic idea from the GYO manga, and Junjo is a mangling of the author's name. I need to get back to monsters with more gibberishy names, instead of all these puns. I'm beginning to run out of them!
A creepy fish with human legs also appears on the cover of an old weekly world, in stage two of my favorite NES game "Monster Party," and in the ultra rare second series of my favorite toy line, the Trash Bag Bunch. You could say I've always been a fan of the "reverse-mermaid."
