This small, colorful mutant was originally engineered by a sadistic geneticist to kidnap human children as test subjects, and still has a strong inclination towards kidnapping and thievery. To prevent discovery, it emits a strange vibration that completely eliminates all sound for several yards around its body, and can project invisible walls of pure force within this same radius. It can even climb these "walls" with its sucker-tipped toes, giving the impression of levitation.
Most Harlequog are patterned in varying shades of red, blue, black and purple, but roughly one in twenty are in stark black and white. These colorless specimens seem to have most effective abilities with the widest range, but tend to suffer various forms of insanity and may have difficulty following commands.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community.
