A far larger mutation of the Pathogerm, this squelching, dribbling chain of organs and bacteria is a mobile breeding ground of contagion, constantly developing unique new microbial strains to spew from its smacking mouths. Infectees may experience a range of flu-like symptoms, delirium or even minor epidermal necrosis, and may be commandeered at any time by the monster's consciousness.
Through its ciliary tentacles, a Germalady may implant an infected body with the necessary materials to incubate a complete, viable Pathogerm.
Despite a natural resistance to disease, Germalady are strangely wary of "contamination" by bacteria that are not their own, exhibiting severe hypochondriasis and taking great pains to avoid contact with "filthier" organisms, including their own offspring.

I think this is my favorite design in a long time, and the ideal expression of my love for goofy, cartoon "germs." I didn't want it to have any clear front or back - pick whatever set of eyes you prefer for its "real" face!
It was, however, very difficult to come up with a description for this that wasn't just a bigger, better Pathogerm. I always tend every monster to have its own distinct powers and functions, with none necessarily "outclassing" any others.
"Fever Queen" is perhaps my favorite title.
