Often considered the archetypical joker, Festooge are slightly larger than Septiclown and only slightly less abundant, infesting the pink, membranous "hives" from which all joker strains were first spawned. They are endlessly squirming and deforming with an octopus-like fluidity, and can stretch many times their natural length. Their rubbery, adhesive hands can whip out at prey from a remarkable distance, and deliver a paralyzing shock from their electrical suckers.
oge are constantly probing their surroundings with often suicidal curiosity; few things captivate them quite like a dark, unexplored crevasse, even one lined with painfully obvious fangs.

Jokers were always meant to remain a very small monster class, but they've exceeded twenty species now and the ideas keep on coming. There's just too many fun ways to make a monster with a clowny touch. This guy incorporates the classic hand buzzer as well as those rubber toys everyone just calls "sticky hands."
Great job with the foreshortening and shading of the arms. It's like I'm looking at an actual deflated rubber thing on a desk in front of me. The design of the arms and the atrophied body are also great. The head is neither good nor bad, just kinda interchangeable with your other Joker Mortasheen.
Your description works too, really
