Blind Date

I made this six-armed star shape with absolutely no further plans in mind. I knew I wanted to give it eyes, so I tore some out of the cheap baby dolls I was already cutting up and loved how they came out. I thought it'd be cute to put nerd glasses over just two of them, and he looked so pitiful that I decided he should be carrying a flower. Days later I decided he needed a valentine or a box of candy, and then I FINALLY got the idea to add a bunch of spiders in there.

This is one of the smallest, but it's also my favorite. I kinda want to keep it and I know I could never make another one exactly the same, but I need money so I priced it at $300. The people running the art show seem to think it's a bargain and that it'll get snapped up, so I hope I don't regret letting him go.
